Sincerity insulted: A CLUSTER EXPERIENCE

2010 November 6, saturday was dawned wih a dullmood. To over come the bad mood I tried best to make my mind and body fresh.
When I reached the cluster centre ,there were three persons , me.Mustafa and Sunil “Subash, have you made all arrangements for the two batches?”.Mustafa raised his curiosity while he came fast to me
We came across the Principal of GVHSSBOYS koyilandy, our teacher empowerment programme centre chief. We disclosed our needs before her.
She smiled sarcastically and uttered silently with a pause.”You want two LCD projectors and two computers ....!.Dear friends here we are asked to host four cluster programme at the same time, all of them are in need of LCD projectors and computers....Mr Subash you know the reality ,we have only one LCDprojector in working condition”.When she paused her words Mustafa looked me with agony.TMSunil was in busy to collect the registration forms and attendance register
Dullness created a desolated pain in my vain.I just glanced through the state module for TEP November .The state Resourse Persons analysed the bygone Teacher Empowerment Programmes and reached a conclusion....”RP's in the TEP often fail to transact the content material in training sessions”.I felt insulted and called one of the DRG's.He replied”If you don”t want ,you can just avoid the statement” . I was boiled with self contempt
When the first bell had gone, around ten to fifteen teachers gathered there
Mustafa one of our DRG's started hesitatingly.
“Good morning every body.we move to the sesssions”.I just glanced the participants'faces ,it seemed to me as the dead cats
Mustafa handed over the chance to me .I started
“Dear friends how the last TEP helped you? .Was it benificial? If yes .......,why?
Seema smiled to me , others kept mum.... I continued...”To have a discussion on this issue we want a moderator,so I request one of you to be here as a moderator”.They didn't response.I just ran my eyes through the very familiar faces of me,mercilesslly they turned down.
We went on our pleading...
“ RP's are the most pitiable persons in the world” At last Seema uttered.... “Subash, there is nothing in this module,..the content of the module does not react significantly with our class room realities....then why should we?”
“You started talking about films and ICT since vecation classes......,we havn't had a meaningful discussion on the hard spots in the text book...grammar has been deliberately avoided by the cluster designers” Biju was in pressure
Time of intervell, we the pitiable persons went outside....Kunchi Moosa one of our DRGmembers joined us later reminded me about our DRG training.....Actually we exploded there. He quated one's expression
“Please don't compell us to go before our friends with these kinds of irrevalent, ineffective, insufficient modules because during the bygone TEP we were molested brutally by our colleagues.”
Mustafa tasted coffee murmering something against the prograam
“Actually 80 participants are to be there in the programme,,,,,only 33 teachers are there”Sunil lamented
Baffoonaisation continued after the lunch break. We vomited ICT,lamented how to limit the over emphasis of ICT.DDEvisited the programme. Some one disclosed their feelings against the irresponssible, irrevelant programme.Later QIPteam turned up ,The same thing was repeated
The needle of the clock reached '4' o clock.Silent spectactorsof the programme terribly stood up ....”Shall we get duty certificate right now?.”...
We returned with disappointment “Baffoonaisation”.....I couldn't help controle my emotion....and rode my bike very fast...
His words knifed my heart again and again”IF you don't want ...You can just avoid it” That shallow, irresponsible comment penetrated my sincerity but ..blood ...couldn't come out
YOU HAVE RIGHT TO TRIAL MY DEEDS
BUT.....
DON'T INSULT MY SINCERITY......

A tribute to A.Ayyappan

A. Ayyappan (27 October 1949 - 21 October 2010) was a Malayalam poet in the modernist period. Born in a wealthy goldsmith's family, in Nemom, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, he became a non-conformist member of reading Malayali families. He had a very tragic childhood. His father,Arumukham, died, perhaps due to poison when he was only one year old. He lost his mother, Muthammal, when he was 15. Ayyappan was supported by his sister Subbalakshmi and his brother-in-law V. Krishnan.
Ayyappan started writing poetry when he was a student. He became involved in the Communist Party and joined the staff of Janayugam, the party newspaper. Ayyappan is well known for his heart touching poems and his bohemian lifestyle. He can also be considered as the last remaining icon of anarchism in Kerala. He was a close friend of the late filmmaker John Abraham.
"Though a bohemian in the tradition of P. Kunhiraman Nair, Malayalam's celebrated poet of yesteryear, Ayyappan was amazingly rigorous in his poetic expression. Often, the street was his home, for homes seldom welcomed the poet in. But few writers in these times can claim to have had so vast a circle of loving and adoring friends, a large majority of them young men and women."
He won the Asan Puraskaram (Asan Poetry Prize), one of the highest literary awards in Malayalam literature, for the year 2010.
His body was found abandoned in the streets of Thampanoor, Thiruvanathapuram on 21 October 2010 and was identified by police in General Hospital by noon on 22 October 2010. It was reported that the death was due to vehicular accident. He was on his way to Chennai to accept the Asan Puraskaram on Saturday, 23 October 2010.

Parts of speech

Every name is called a NOUN,
As field and fountain, street and town.
In place of noun the PRONOUN stands,
As he and she can clap their hands.
The ADJECTIVE describes a thing,
As magic wand or bridal ring.
The VERB means action, something done,
To read and write, to jump and run.
How things are done the ADVERB tell,
As quickly, slowly, badly, well;
The PREPOSITION shows relation,
As in street or at the station.
CONJUNCTIONS join in many ways,
Sentences, words or phrase and phrase.
The INTERJECTION cries out, Hark!
I need an exclamation mark.

ONV won Jnanpith.

                                                                O N V Kurup
Veteran Malayalam poet and film lyricist O N V Kurup has bagged the Jnanpith award for 2007. He is the fifth Jnanpith laureate from Kerala and the second poet from the state to win the prestigious award. During his seven-decade-long career, the winner of the country’s highest literary honour bagged several state and national awards, including the Padmashree in 1998.Reacting to his winning the Jnanpith, Kurup said, “I am writing for better days for humankind. I am still drawing inspiration for writing from the life of my coastal village. The award is recognition of the Malayalam language.”Kurup’s writing has touched every aspect of Kerala life. Through his work he has particularly raised concerns with regard to agriculture. His contribution to the genre of drama has enriched the Left movement in the state. The pro-Left writer had unsuccessfully contested Lok Sabha polls from Thiruvananthapuram constituency in 1991."I consider this as an honour for Malayalam poetry. I truly believe that Malayalam poetry does not lag behind poetry in any other language and I accept this honour recalling the invaluable contributions from the illustrious pioneers of Malayalam literature," Kurup, on a tour of the Gulf, said in his reaction.Kurup is the fifth recipient of the country's highest literary honour for Malayalam language, after G Sankara Kurup, S K Pottekkat, Thakazhi Shivashankara Pillai and M T Vasudevan Nair. He is the second among Malayalam poets to receive the honour after the first-ever Jnanpith was awarded to the late G Sankara Kurup.Sharing the elation of the literary fraternity, Vasudevan Nair said this was a moment of great joy for entire Kerala. "O N V has been writing poetry for over six decades. He still retains the poetic flair in his mind without losing its vibrancy."

Three days to see

The real miracle maker

Anne Sullivan Macy (1866-1936) was a woman whose brilliance, passion, and tenacity enabled her to overcome a traumatic past. She became a model for others disadvantaged by their physical bodies, as well as by gender or class.
Anne was a pioneer in the field of education. Her work with Helen Keller became the blueprint for education of children who were blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired that still continues today. Samuel L. Clemens (Mark Twain) dubbed her a "miracle worker."
She was a remarkable woman whose life and teaching philosophy remain an inspiration to those who educate children who are visually impaired.
In 2003, Anne Sullivan Macy was inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame and the American Foundation for the Blind was privileged to receive a medal in her honor.
By nature she was a conceiver, a trail-blazer, a pilgrim of life's wholeness.

Actuate your Brain.

Here are a few puzzles to stimulate your brain.
(1) Which word in the English language is most often pronounced incorrectly?
(2) What occurs twice in a lifetime, but once in every year. Twice in a week but never in a day?
(3) Which word, if pronounced right, is wrong, but if pronounced wrong is right?
(4) Can you find something which has keys that open no locks, with space but no room, and allows you to enter but not to go in?
(5)As I was going to St. Ives,
I met a man with seven wives.
    Each wife had seven sacks,
    Each sack had seven cats,
    Each cat had seven kits.
    Kits, cats, sacks and wives,
How many were going to St. Ives?

(6) A farmer is standing on one side of the river and with him are a wolf, a goat and a box with cabbages. In the river there is a small boat. The farmer wants to cross the river with all the three items who are with him. There are no bridges and in the boat there is only room for the farmer and one item. But if he leaves the goat with the cabbages alone on one side of the river the goat will eat the cabbages. If he leaves the wolf and the goat on one side the wolf will eat the goat. Only the farmer can seperate the wolf from the goat and the goat from the cabbage.
How can the farmer cross the river with all three items, without one eating the other ?

(7)You are lost in a forest. The forest is between two villages. In village A live only liars, they always lie. In village B people always tell the truth. You want to go to village B. Then you see a man from village A or B.You can ask him only one question.
Which question will you ask him to know for sure where village B is ?

Answers

(1) incorrectly!
(2) The letter E.
(3) Wrong.
(4) A keyboard.
(5) One, only I was going to St. Ives.
(6) First the farmer takes the goat across the river. He goes back to pick up the wolf. When he is across he leaves the wolf and takes back the goat. Back on the other side he leaves the goat and takes the cabbages with him. Then he picks up the goat and all three items are on the other side.
(7) Ask the man which city he lives in. He will always point to village B.

A quick test of intelligence.

Don't cheat! Because if you did, the test would be no fun. We promise, there are no tricks to the test.
Read the sentence below and count the F's in that sentence. Count them ONLY ONCE. Do not go back and count them again.

FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE-
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIF-
IC STUDY COMBINED WITH
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS.

There are six F's in the sentence.
A person of average intelligence finds three of them.
If you spotted four, you're above average.
If you got five, you can turn your nose at most anybody.
If you caught six, you are a genius.
There is no catch.
Many people forget the "OF"'s.
The human brain tends to see them as V's and not F's.
Pretty weird, huh?

Don't believe your eyes always!!

Strange sentences.

What is strange about these sentences?
Was it a car or a cat I saw?
                                           Warsaw was raw.
                                          No lemons, no melon.
                                         Dennis and Edna sinned.
They are all palindromes. A palindrome is a word, phrase or number that reads exactly the same backwards as forwards. The name "palindrome" comes from the Greek palindromos meaning "running back again".

These sentences are also a little strange. Why?
Women understand men; few men understand women.
Bores are people that say that people are bores.
Eat to live; never live to eat.
All for one and one for all.
You can cage a swallow, can't you, but you can't swallow a cage, can you?

They are all word-unit palindromes. Word-unit palindromes relate to whole words, which form the same sentence when read in reverse as forwards.

My days

Akarsh Krishna
I didn't get 61 days vacation. Because our 10th class tuition starts at march 17 itself. But we got some time to play at noon time. It was very funny at that time. No rules no regulations. We used others land to play without their permission. Some time the land owner would come to punish us. But we ran away and hide beside the water tank or near school ground. But there was another problem. Ramakrishnan sir orderd us to return viswabharathi at 1:30 to read something. But we reached there only at 1:40. So we found a secret way to get there. if we didn't read Ramakrishnan sir would punish us. So we put text books in front of us and played from there. If he came to the class he could only see us as good students. That was the funny days I got in the vacation.

My vacation

Anujith A
I enjoyed this vacation very much. Even though there was a tuition class, I could play with my friends. Every evening I went to ground for playing cricket. I didn't swim until the last vacation. But now I am able to swim. All the friends who swam with me were my younger. They taught me to swim. This is an unforgettable event for me. We played in water for 1 ½ hour.At last my father scolded me and I went my home.

My memmories

Snigdha.N
I could not enjoy the last vacation because of the death of my grandmother. She was very lovely and so kindness towards all. She was the wife of Gopalan Nair a freedom fighter. Even though my family decided to spent the vacation in Delhi we could not. We all know that the wife’s of freedom fighters should suffered many difficulties in their life because always their husbands might at prison. In the last vacation I hadn't such a memorable thing beyond the death of my grandmother. The generation who included in the freedom fight was ceased to rust.

Bhopal cries again

Adil Zubair
Bhopal, M.P, and 8-6-2010: Bhopal cries again, after 26 years. The unbelievable Bhopal tragedy came again like an unsatisfied judgment from Indian judiciary. In 1984, the tragedy happened in Bhopal, like a Hiroshima. Thousand of people killed by the leak of tank E-610, fully with methane izo cyanide. In 1960 Warren Anderson who was an American citizen established union carbide international limited. In 1894, when a laborer in this factory was washed with carelessness. Unfortunatly water entered the tank and it reacted with methane io cyanide. After that it broke. And thousands of people breathed that air and they was died. The owner, Anderson didn’t think about nature and peoples.Yesterday the Indian judiciary judged the tragedy. But there were no argument about the Anderson. So the people reacted against the judgment and they say that “The Indian judgment erect more Anderson’s”

A walk with Appu

Sindoori .R.Nair
My sixty days of vacation have passed very fastly because of tuition .Even though i have got a little time to read a short story which was written by M.T.vasudevan nair .The name of the story was "oppol".The characters in this story  "oppol"was, oppol and oppols mother. It was an interesting story which produces eagerness in the readers mind. Appu is a boy who loves his oppol and hate his mother because she shout at oppol but oppol is very sympathetic, poor Appu and reader at first thinks that appu has no father or mother. But it is very pathetic to under stand that his oppol was really his mother and who was not at all married .Thus her mother was always angry at oppol and Appu.Upto the end of the story Appu dont know that oppol is his mother .But towards the end oppol's mother compelled her to marry someone and go .But Appu doesnt know anything about this. The last part of the story in which Appu calls his oppol back was very pathetic and really eye drops came out from my eyes when I was reading it.

Saramago, a reminiscence

Akshaya B Raj
José de Sousa Saramago,(16 November 1922 – 18 June 2010) was a Nobel-laureate Portuguese novelist, playwright and journalist. His works, some of which can be seen as allegories, commonly present subversive perspectives on historic events, emphasizing the human factor.Saramago was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1998. His books have been translated into 25 languages. He founded the National Front for the Defence of Culture (Lisbon, 1992) with Freitas-Magalhães and others. Saramago was born in 1922 into a family of landless peasants in Azinhaga, Portugal, a small village in the province of Ribatejo some hundred kilometers northeast of Lisbon. His parents were José de Sousa and Maria de Piedade. "Saramago", a wild herbaceous plant known in English as the wild radish, was his father's family's nickname, and was accidentally incorporated into his name upon registration of his birth.
He became a member of the Portuguese Communist Party in 1969 and remained so until the end of his life. Saramago was also an atheist and self-described pessimist. His views have aroused considerable controversy in Portugal, especially after the publication of The Gospel According to Jesus Christ.Members of the country's Catholic community were outraged by Saramago's representation of Jesus as a fallible human being. Portugal's conservative government would not allow Saramago's work to compete for the European Literary Prize, arguing that it offended the Catholic community. As a result, Saramago and his wife moved to Lanzarote, an island in the Spanish Canaries. Saramago's novels often deal with fantastic scenarios, such as that in his 1986 novel The Stone Raft, in which the Iberian Peninsula breaks off from the rest of Europe and sails around the Atlantic Ocean. In his 1995 novel Blindness, an entire unnamed country is stricken with a mysterious plague of "white blindness". In his 1984 novel The Year of the Death of Ricardo Reis (which won the PEN Award and the Independent Foreign Fiction Award), Fernando Pessoa's heteronym survives for a year after the poet himself dies. Additionally, his novel Death with Interruptions (also translated as Death at Intervals) revolves around a country in which nobody dies over the course of seven months beginning on New Year's Day, and how the country reacts to the spiritual and political implications of the event. Using such imaginative themes, Saramago addresses the most serious of subject matters with empathy for the human condition and for the isolation of contemporary urban life. His characters struggle with their need to connect with one another, form relations and bond as a community; and also with their need for individuality, and to find meaning and dignity outside of political and economic structures.Saramago died on 18 June 2010, aged 87, having spent the last few years of his life living in Lanzarote, Spain. His cremation took place in Lisbon, with his ashes being scattered in his birthplace of Azinhaga and in his home until his death, Tias in Lanzarote.

A Terrifying Tragedy

                     Akshaya B Raj
Third day of December 1984 dawned like any other day in Bhopal. As usual, every one went on their routine. Actually, it was not an ordinary day for Bhopal, an absolutely  black day. It was on that day the Bhopal disaster or Bhopal gas tragedy, an industrial catastrophe occurred at the Union Carbide India Ltd (UCIL) pesticide plant in Bhopal. At that time UCIL was the Indian subsidiary of the U S company Union Carbide Corporation (UCC) itself now a subsidiary of Dow chemical company. Around midnight on the intervening night, the plant released methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas and other toxins resulting in the exposure of over 500,000 people. Beyond them 8000 died within the first weeks and other 8000 have since died from gas related diseases. Though scientifically some reasons and explanations are there for the explosion, according to the mothers, wives, fathers, children who were expecting the pleasant presence of their beloveds and endears in their abodes, the cause of their favorite’s severance was not only gas made one but also the incursion of some evil fairies of the company. The incident made their mind as a nimbus just before a rain. Indeed, in the court of verity also this judgment got more hang than the scientific reasons. Dozens of their relatives were writhing in agony due to the explosion. Death was a welcome relief to those victims.
Even after 25 years when hearing the name Bhopal the horrible, terrifying inhuman pictures are coming to our mind. Shattered human organs, skull of children, decayed dead bodies. Really an unbelievable reality! Even the disaster paved way for many economical and social crisis or problems, the unbalance originated in the minds of Bhopal manhood was much heavy than it. In short, Bhopal witnessed for an unexpected melt down. Defacto it happened by the carelessness of Warren Anderson, CEO of Union Carbide at the time of disaster. Because of him, the Bhopal Mata lost her stream of humanity. Though the lost could not do anything on him until the last week, now after 25 years a court in Central India ruled that seven top executives and the company they worked for are guilty for their rule in the 1984 industrial disaster. The seven former employees
 ·  Keshub Mahindra, former chairman of Union Carbide India Limited
·  V.P. Gokhale, managing director
·  Kishore Kamdar, vice-president
·  J. Mukund, works manager
·  S.P. Chowdhury, production manager
·  K.V. Shetty, plant superintendent
·  S.I. Qureshi, production assistant
have been convicted and sentenced to punishment. The judge imposed a 2 year prison term and fine about 1 lack each after convicting the men of negligence causing death endangering public life and causing hurt. Really what an injustice ruling is this? Is the 2 year imprisonment and 1 lack/- fine is the reply for the value of 50,000 human life or the ache of 1 lack person’s endless tribulation or the burden of physical- mental weakness, which have been relayed through generations? Else, can it give back the thousands withered away before a quarter of years? Never. Then on what basis or humanistic concept the court had made such a verdict. At least we had to catch the corrupt Warren Anderson. Even I know his presence will not give back the faded lives, as human beings how we can suffer the luxurious life of a man who extinguished the breath of our amiable persons. Anyhow, the events in Bhopal revealed that the expanding industrialization in developing countries without concurrent evolution in safety regulations could have catastrophic consequences. The disaster demonstrated that seemingly local problems of industrial hazards and toxic contamination are often tied to global market dynamics. The tragedy of Bhopal continues to be a warning sign at once ignored and heeded. Bhopal and its aftermath were a warning that the path to industrialization for developing countries in general and India in particular is fraught with human, environmental and economic perils. The Indian economy is growing at tremendous rate but a significant cost in environmental health and public safety as large and small companies throughout the subcontinent continue to pollute. Far more remains to be done for public health in the context of industrialization to show that the lessons of the countless thousands dead in Bhopal have truly been heeded

A cow in the match

Abhijith.A
In this vacation, I went to my mother’s house. From there I played cricket with some children. We started to play in the ground just near a house which owned by an old man. There was a cow tied in a coconut tree far away from us. One among us hit the ball for a six, but unfortunately, the ball reached on the cow. By seeing this old man came and replaced the cow from there, tied it beside our boundary line, and scolded us for a long time. Even though we continued the play really, we were afraid of the cow that whether he revenge on us by hitting. However, we went ahead. When the ball moves towards the cow, no one had the bravery to take the ball. At last, a courageous one took the cow and we played till 3:30 without eating the launch. It was one of the thrilling experiences in this vacation.

An unexpected adieu

Akshaya B.Raj
Actually vacation means the period when schools and colleges are closed and the time to make the mind ready for a fresh year by recalling the last academic year and enjoying the each and every second as much as possible. However, according to me the last two months were not as a vacation period. Because I was bounded to go to the tuition classes from March itself. As going to school every day with textbooks and note books. Even though I liked to celebrate the vacation, some internal inducement compelled me to attend the classes.
Unfortunately, some accidental events took place in my life throughout these months. The most salient among them was the loss of my lovely cousin sister Chinnu. She was in the clutches of heart complaint from born itself. Even with the deep prayer and entreaty of each of my family members, on May 10 she uttered adieu to the whole world and flew away to the heaven of angels. The shock or impact that this incident made in our mind was intolerable. Quite an unexpected farewell! Nevertheless, even now none of us could not realize the fact that she is no more. She was very lovely, smart, cute, cheer full, dapper and everything. Even though she lived here only eleven years, the memories that she made in the mind of each and every person who knew her had a lot of years old, because it was much deep and touching. She wrested the love and care of all us through her character. She made us to laugh a lot when she was alive but the sorrow that she gave at last was much more. Really, I wondered why the God gave such a fate to this cute child. Once I heard from somewhere that God calls his sweet hearts first, and I am sure Chinnu should include in that list. My sister who played with me, slept beside me before a few days, disappears from this world within seconds! Oh, God I cannot realize it even now . But one thing I know,
None of us bring anything when we born,
None of us takes anything when we go back
Therefore, I can do only one thing that to pray for the peace rest of her soul.
Even after this incident my sister got high rank in medical entrance exam we were not in a mood to celebrate it, the sadness that Chinnu gave us was much bigger than that happiness.

Tottochan, the star

Pournami. P.V
The book that influenced me most in these hot summer days was Tottochan, a famous story written by Thethusco Kuroyangi who was a famous TV programmer. The story was so famous among the people in Japan and it helped to change the minds of many children in jails.
The story begins with the admission of a student in a school. Beyond a story, it is an autobiography of the girl hero Tottochan. This story depends on the life of a girl when she was studying in lower classes. The specialty of the story is that the writer describe her experiences with all its purity.
Here in the story she says about her famous school days. Tottochan was a naughty girl in that time and she liked to do all mischievous activities beyond her age. She always disturbed the other students by opening a box in which she kept her pencils and other tools. In addition, she compelled the street singers to sing for long time and they felt very revenge towards her. Like this, she made some bad impression on teachers and at last, they were compelled to shift her school. However, her mother was not ready to do this and she tried her best to make her behavior a good one. But at last without recourse she changed her school to Tomo where the headmaster was Sosacu kobayashi. In that school, there was no necessary benches and desks. But there were some small seats like that of in trains and in that school the children had the right to select and study the subject which they liked and the students were given much priority. They were given the freedom to do some extracurricular activities. As a result, the school became a dreamful one among the children. But unfortunately the school was demolished during the second world war.
When we go through this story, we can conclude that it has some peculiarities in shaping the life of a man. Oh God! What a story. I am longing to read it once more; an ever-memorable month had withered away giving some good experience.

A dreadful vacation

Sreshma.C.K
A joyful sixty days passed away from me. I know it will not come back again to make my life a joyful one. But that dedicated many glace full and remarkable experience to me. Many accidental or unexpected events that occurred in my life. Some time it brought me to the world of sympathy, imagination or in a cherish full. So all these made my valuable time in to joyful one too.
But l think that this summer hot reveled to me some fatal and mournful events such as the blew up of the aero planes with one hundred and fifty six travelers, the explosion of train and the farewell of some of my friend. Among them, the thoughts of the life of a soldier made so disturbance on me.
In second or third week of my joyful days, I offered to behold the film Keerthichakra without the disturbance of any one from its beginning to end. Really, through a simple film the director could narrate all the pathetic conditions of a soldier. The director has the capacity to aware the people about the adventure life of warrior. And I could feel the pathetic condition of soldier who submits their worthy life for their motherland. Soldier is not a soldier of fortune he save his land without expecting any valuable thing, they think that their family is their country. His inmates are the people in the country. So they work hard to save their family from the enemies. A bullet can easily take the life of a good soldier within a second but can it give such a person? And the condition of other soldiers who lost their friends through an operation. They may be in the world of happiness just before the operation. But the God showered black flowers…No I can’t tell it.
After this film, I needed some more time to come back into my normal condition. Really, the film touches my heart. Even in the incidents I tried to get, some cherish full days to my life.
At June first the world of knowledge attracted by me and I again start to study the enjoyable things. And I hope a more fantastic vacation again.

My vacation

Nivedhitha.P
I could not utilize the vacation in a perfect order. In my opinion, I spoiled my vacation by going to the tuition classes. I like to read books and it is one of my hobbies. The last month of ninth standard, I planned that I want to read books of high readability. However, the thing is that happened opposite to my plans. I listed so many books but I got only one book ‘Delhi’ written by M.Mukundhan, a best-known writer in Malayalam. We call him as Mayyazhi’s storywriter. He has written so many books of high readability. The Delhi was one of his famous books in Malayalam. In this story, he narrates the pathetic condition of youth in that time through his character Aravindan. I have already read some book published by M.Mukundhan. However, when I read this book a feel of attraction came to me. It is the victory of the author. When I read the novel, it attracted me from his part and thought that a character in this story. I don’t know how to express my feelings. It was a bombastic and elegant experience for me. In this story author had introduced another style of language. When compared to the ‘Keshavante vilapangal’ the new style of language influenced me very much and he has drawn so many pictures through words it created great refreshment in my mind. It is an ever memorable story in my life.

The moment with my teacher

Shobila T P
One more vacation also withered. But among the earlier vacations I think this has some more peculiarities. The last vacation that would be enjoyable in our life.
This year two thousand ten has a peculiarity that it is the year to have a census whole the country. As in all houses in my home, also a teacher came to have a census. Fortunately or unfortunately, the teacher studied me in forth standard. His name was Narayanan. Seeing him, I was surprised. I was so happy and I could not speak to him. Because I was seeing my teacher after several years.
Before starting his writing, he asked me several things that related with my education. After taking the notes, he advised me to study well. He told some more things about the higher studies. When he returned I was so sad. Each word he told echoes in my ears even now. I was very pleasure to see my teacher again. Moreover, I am very grateful to God to have a meeting like this and to give such a moment to me.

The drama of life

Sreehari.V.K.
In my vacation,i was chanced upon to see a begger who was made a begger by chance, who became a Begger by hard working. He came into my house with bare legs ,with an ugly face.Still he was hoping for something . He also had an untidy walking stick.I, with eagernes, revealed upon the mystery behind the shady corners of his life.oh!..what a sacrifice his life is?..Eventually the stories of hard working and self reliance, waved from him got stuck into my ears like a thorn , it moved me deeply . He had a small family in chennai. He doesn't want to blame the rich.Neverthless, He wanted to acquire sufficient bread for his family. His wife,a worker produces Rs/-80per day by working in the fields for hours.
He believes in faith, but "almighty washed off the hands on helping him",Yes he was cutoff from humanity. Can't you believe?.He step up & down life easily like a crawling baby. "For him life is like a drama in which every one plays the role very well".But he failed in acting the life, which he had.All the powers are like a butt for him, because he knows, that there was'nt any power."A Light That Lights A nest Was Put off ",.....He was no more there in streets to beg "He Rest's In Peace,""The walking sticks stand still.Yes at last he could sleep peacefully,he was my "Ecstacy","he was my "inspiration" But the drama must go on forever...Its the universal law.We must believe it "For everything there 'll be an END for Thou & me, it can't be changed"

Spoiled days

Anand Krishnan.S
The last vacation was not at all interesting. I was caught by the evil spirit of tution.it was like a reckless driving. I was not at all practiced with good manners. There was no relevance in saying that it was a vacation. I was only entertained by the swimming pond nearby my house.Actually I was compelled to rush along with the tic-tac sound of time. Like a dinner dash, I rushed always. No time to eat, no time toplay, no time to watch hbo and star movies were the main problems. The lighting and thunder made my pc to rest long in its digital heaven. My way to get peace relief was hearing loud noises of rock music’s from my bassbooststereo phone. In sum the vacation bought metro collapsed occasions.

Old man and Sreehari

Amal S Kumar.
In the vacation there was nothing special about me, every day morning wanted to go to tuition classes and at evening came back. Every day it continues as a habitual action. Every afternoon of tuition, we went the road below the tuition class for play; it was the only relief to us. But one day while we are plying in the place of an old man, he came with angry and shouted us. We were playing at a very height place from road. We all jumped down to road and ran away. But sreehari couldn’t jumpfrom the height. He was very fear. Soon the old man came and shouted sreehari.he heard all the scold words of the old man, after the old man left he came to us aim a shameful face.

Julius Ceasor

Ritwik S.B
I read the story of great emperor name Julius ceasor. His kingdom was not only Greek but also other states’ strangely attracted towards his story. He had confidence, willignes to do any work and flow of love. He was like a bee. He was always moving around flowers. Flowers considered as countries. Later the bee was sucking honey from it. Julius had the capacity to understand enemies and truest friend. He was foe for enemies. His friend killed him. He loved Brutus more than his life. When he had tried to kill him Julius said’ you are too Brutus”. It was a heart moving story. The light of Greek had gone.
